Complete a 5 minute questionnaire, coupled with 2-3 photos to help us understand your current fitness level, needs and objectives. Once all info and payment is received, you will have your custom built plan within less than 48 hours.

Your training doesn’t end there. On a weekly basis*, we will track your progression based on a bit of info and pictures from you, then customize your plan as need-be. This will ensure your continued progress with a plan that works for you. You will also get access to online video chat, email and online messaging with your trainer.

Offering plans for all fitness levels, you can choose from a standard 2 week starter pack or fully custom 4, 8 or 12 week plans.
