Available to those in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. One-on-one training sessions can be done at an available facility in Etobicoke or we can bring a JTF trainer to you. This is a great option for those who are new to training and do not have much experience with resistance training or cardio equipment. It is also an effective means in having that extra support and motivation. Sessions are 60 minutes and are focused on proper form and diversified exercises that work for you. One-on-ones can be set up as one-time interaction or as part of complete training plans. Added to an online training plan, one-on-ones are offered at a discounted rate.
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration. If you have a preferred gym, or want to train from your home, tour trainers will come to you. Please be sure that your gym allows outside trainers and find out what the cost is. Any additional gym cost would be added to the session rate above.
